After a LONG process and waiting for what seems like forever....we got a call from our Realtor and drum roll...............................the bank accepted our offer!!! YEAH!!!!
Clynt had stopped in at my work to have lunch with me on his way home from grad school. It was perfect timing!
We also found out that we would be getting our car back the next day...which had been repaired from the accident on 9-11-11.
Lots of stuff going on....
We should get the written approval Monday and get inspection done next week. Then, we meet with our Lender again and set up a closing date (assuming that inspection goes well, etc....), so.....still keeping fingers crossed!
We hope to be in it by Thanksgiving....that way we can do Thanksgiving at our house with our extended family here in Georgia....my parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc..... Maybe we could even talk Clynt's parents into coming out...we'll see. :) We sure don't feel old enough to "do Thanksgiving at our house" though! haha
